This is an impressive little hub / stand that improves the desktop utility of iPad. The hub is well built and sturdy. No hanging hub wires. Allows the iPad to come to my proper eye height, not the other way around. Data transfer rates are as good as expected. Pass through power connection is a nice touch. Highly recommend to help make your iPad desk friendly.

The hub works great I connected it to my 27” monitor and I’ve used it with my sd cards and external ssd drive and it works well! I use the usb connections to charge my keyboard and trackpad when the batteries die on them it’s so much more handy than trying to find a plug for them. I switched to using my iPad as my main computer for now as I usually only use my computer for large projects for every day task and even school work this works great!

I use one of these stands with my iPad and my son uses one with his Surface 7 Pro. Both charge through USB-C. Have never had any issues with the HDMI port to extend monitors.
