Domestic and International Shipping

We try to ship as quickly as possible. Orders usually go out within 4 days of ordering if all the items are in stock, most times much quicker. If not, it’ll be a week delay.

However, during peak times (new releases and holidays) you will need to allow a couple more days for processing.

Payment of Import Duty Tax

When goods are sent the receiving country may levy an import tax on the items (especially if the order is over $100.00). The addressee will be invoiced by local customs officials for any such tax plus VAT. Taxes are based on the destination country and cannot be confirmed in advance by Gotek. Please check the local laws and regulations regarding imports before buying. If unsure, you can contact your local customs office for current charges before ordering, thereby you will not be surprised by charges you were not expecting.

PLEASE NOTE: once your package hits the post office, we CANNOT CONTROL where it goes, however we will give you a tracking number. We can ship to any address in the world. Note that there are individual restrictions on some products in certain countries, and some products
cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We have warehouses at United States and European Union. It will take 7-10 days to be delivered due to destinations.
